Why is it that whenever someone talks about loving yourself, they’re on the other side of their struggles??
Today we’re coming atcha from a place of icky
feelings, insecurity, & doubt. This episode has a little bit of
encouragement and a whole lot of vulnerability. We’ll chat about
the differences between body neutrality vs. body positivity and
Madison’s experience with eating plant-based.
The journey to loving ourselves isn’t a straight line and there’s truly no easy fix. There are a lot of ups and downs and sometimes, we just have to be real about the downs! You’re not alone – we hope this episode feels like a hug!
